Job summary

PVH Corp. is looking for an allocations specialist to support purchasing, planning and inventory across Calvin Klein stores in Australia. The role focuses on allocations, replenishment, and ensuring timely product delivery to selling floors.

Based at PVH's head office with a hybrid work model (home and office weekly), the fixed-term contract runs until 30 April 2027. You will collaborate with the Retail Planner and various store teams to optimize stock flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team within the retail apparel industry (1-2 years allocations experience).
• Experience using Epicor, SAP, MapleLake and/or Qlikview.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and numerical/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process replenishment orders and maintain stock data for stores.
• Identify allocation trends and support timely delivery to selling floors.
• Coordinate store communications on deliveries and stock requests.
• Maintain data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy of changes.
• Admin tasks: promotional calendar updates and ad hoc reporting.
