We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide high-level administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle and work closely with our consultants to ensure an efficient, candidate-friendly and compliant process.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Strong administration or coordination experience (recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive, organised and reliable working style.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and documentation.
• A professional, people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies across SEEK, LinkedIn and company platforms.
• Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate vetting.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage calendars and booking rooms (virtual/in-person).
• Prepare employment contracts and recruitment documentation.
• Conduct reference checks and onboarding for new starters and contractors.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
