SustainRecruit in Melbourne is expanding and invites applications for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and help strengthen client relationships.

If you're relationship-focused, a strong communicator with a commercial mindset, you'll be supported with mentoring, training and clear paths for career progression within the TXM Group.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Comfort with a sales/business development background is welcomed.
