You will manage mailboxes, process accounts for SA Schemes, log workers’ comp incidents, index medical reports, and support renewal reviews. Strong customer service and independent working style are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mailboxes assigned to the operations team.
• Process accounts for all SA Schemes.
• Log Workers Comp incidents.
• Index medical reports.
• Process workers comp new incident reports.
• Download medical certificates from RTWSA.
• Send monthly reports to RTWSA.
• Assist with renewal documentation reviews.
• Answer telephones and manage overflow calls for all SA divisions.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Liaise with internal divisions to complete tasks.
• Assist the team to complete tasks as required.
