Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join their Local Community Insurance Services (LCIS) team in Adelaide, following a hybrid work model. You will manage client relationships, processing emails and quotes, ensuring timely renewals, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar account management role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
• Call centre experience (not afraid to take back-to-back calls).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Handle calls and manage emails for quotations and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to provide insurance solutions meeting client needs.
• Work with internal teams for policy administration and claims management.
