Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking two Project Support Officers for a 12-month contract in the ACT, hybrid work arrangement. The role supports intake, triage and coordination of digital work requests, governance, reporting and project assurance activities essential to delivering critical program outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have baseline security clearance, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficient use of Microsoft 365 apps. Prior government or project support experience is highly regarded.

• Experience aligning to project support responsibilities in government contexts
• Experience working in hybrid/remote team environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage incoming requests through a centralised mailbox.
• Perform intake and triage activities for project, technical and business change requests.
• Support project governance, assurance and reporting processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business and delivery teams to facilitate engagement and coordination.
• Assist project leads with preparation of project documentation, schedules and artefacts.
• Review and maintain program roadmaps and governance reporting.
• Monitor and coordinate release documentation and baselining activities.
• Prepare briefing papers, reports and other project communications.
• Support project lifecycle activities including discovery and stage gate processes.
• Contribute to capacity planning and demand management activities.
