Job summary

The Department of Education, Victoria, seeks a Project Officer in the Maintenance Delivery Branch to driveplanned maintenance and asset projects across state schools. You will coordinate feasibility, procurement and tendering while tracking milestones, time and budget to support successful project outcomes.

You will liaise with engineers, surveyors and school leaders to maintain clear communications and risk-managed delivery within VPS-2024 terms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance and construction projects in education/public infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse partners.
