Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Operations team, keeping project delivery organised, accurate and on track.

You’ll work with the Program Manager, Project Managers, Project Engineers and Construction Managers to coordinate reporting, documentation, procurement and mobilisation activities, helping the team meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or administering projects in construction or similar environments.
• Strong written reporting skills with concise outputs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration and priorities across multiple projects.
• Prepare monthly reports including safety statistics, financial information and milestones.
• Support procurement through supplier identification, RFQ, vendor setup, PO creation and follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions and follow up with stakeholders to keep activities moving.
• Assist with site mobilisation, resource allocations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, RFIs, transmittals and client submissions.
• Support subcontractor administration, contract documentation, variations and notices.
• Learn and apply CPP’s project management procedures, identifying gaps and improving outcomes.
