Job summary

LiveLife Alarms is seeking a Project Support Officer to help bring internal initiatives to life as the business grows. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration across the organisation, with the possibility of part-time hours for flexibility.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting project planning, meetings, documentation and reporting while contributing to improvements in processes and templates to support project success.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of internal projects across the business.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track milestones, deliverables and actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and keep activities moving.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project updates for the Leadership Team.
• Maintain organised project records and correspondence.
• Assist with change management and communication activities when projects are implemented.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, templates and tools.
