LiveLife Alarms is seeking a Project Support Officer to help bring internal initiatives to life as the business grows. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration across the organisation, with the possibility of part-time hours for flexibility.
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting project planning, meetings, documentation and reporting while contributing to improvements in processes and templates to support project success.
As Australia's leading provider of mobile personal alarms, we empower older Australians, and their loved ones, to live life with independence and peace of mind. Our innovative technology supports thousands of customers across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, providing safety, connection and reassurance when it matters most.
Behind every device is a person whose independence has been preserved. That's why our team comes to work every day with a shared sense of purpose - helping people live the life they deserve.
As our business continues to grow, we’re undertaking a range of important internal projects across the business — and we’re looking for a Project Support Officer to help bring these initiatives to life.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be updating spreadsheets and filing documents. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of internal projects, collaborate with senior leaders and gain exposure to how different parts of a growing business come together.
You'll be joining a business where the work we do has a genuine impact on people's lives — and where your ability to bring organisation, structure and follow-through to our projects will make a real difference.
We’re also open to part-time hours for the right person, so if you're looking for flexibility and believe you can make a meaningful contribution in a part-time capacity, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and naturally enjoys bringing structure to things.
You might already have experience in project administration, project coordination, business administration, PMO support or a similar role. Alternatively, you may be an experienced administrator who is ready to step into a role with greater project exposure.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:
At our core, we are driven by the profound impact our product has on improving the lives of others. Knowing that we contribute to enabling vulnerable Australians to embrace the life they deserve fills our work with deep meaning, purpose, and satisfaction.
We believe that work should not only be purposeful but also enjoyable. Therefore, we offer:
If you're someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving, brings order to complexity and makes sure the details don't get missed, we'd love to hear from you.
