Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Program Officer Business Improvement to support organisational improvement initiatives that help our city grow smarter and more efficiently. You will provide analysis and business support to leaders across Infrastructure Planning and help drive better systems, reporting and workflows.

This role focuses on monitoring program information, implementing policies and templates, and delivering continual improvement that enhances efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business, program or project information and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• The ability to support improvements to systems, workflows, templates and business processes.
• Sound understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, analysis and business support to leaders across Infrastructure Planning.
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of systems, processes, reporting tools and workflows.
• Monitor and report on program and project information, including project status, milestones, costs and performance data.
• Support the implementation of policies, procedures, templates and work practices across the directorate.
• Help deliver continual improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused and collaborative team culture.
