Job summary

Griffith University Brisbane is seeking a Platform Engineer - Windows to manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and related infrastructure. The role focuses on operation and projects, delivering secure, available services onsite and in the cloud.

You will join a team that values continuous learning and collaboration, with a 60/40 work split and a fixed-term contract. The occupant will hold a relevant diploma or degree with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and participate in

Qualifications

Experience supporting a large enterprise Microsoft Windows environment.
Experience using Active Directory, Group Policy and SCCM.
Some experience in PowerShell scripting.
Automation and solution development with scripting (Desirable).
Experience with cloud deployments and support (Azure/AWS).
Experience in an Agile delivery environment is well regarded.
Software Development and/or DevOps skills are well regarded.
Availability to participate on the Windows on-call roster (~every 4–5 weeks).
Relevant diploma or degree with at least 4 years' subsequent experience.
