Job summary

Exclaim IT in Brisbane is seeking two seasoned sysadmins to join a large government environment on a hybrid basis. You will support a modern workplace stack, ensuring critical services run smoothly across desktops, mobiles, and tablets.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, end-user mobility management, and strengthening endpoint security, with ITIL-aligned processes in ServiceNow to guide operations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sysadmin with MOE and modern endpoint management experience.
• Experience in corporate/enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication in ITIL-based support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user MOE across desktops, mobiles and tablets.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services (Teams Voice/Rooms).
• Configure and maintain MDM/MAM for Windows, iOS and Android (Intune).
• Support an ITIL-aligned environment within ServiceNow.
• Strengthen endpoint security using Defender products.
