Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking a Planning Administration Officer on a part-time basis (0.8 FTE), permanent, Band 4, with a salary of $70,236 per annum, pro‑rata plus 12% super.

You will provide courteous, professional customer service and high‑quality administrative support to the Planning & Investment team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective communication.

Hybrid work options up to 40% from home, flexible start/finish times, and generous leave entitlements are offered.

Formación

• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Has experience in the use of software packages and databases including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Has previous experience in an administrative role.
