Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support across Customer Care, Procurement, Inventory and Accounts.
• Process purchase orders, supplier credits, customer returns and related docs.
• Liaise with suppliers to track orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and pricing.
• Support accounts admin tasks including invoice reconciliation.
• Generate reports to support operations and decision making.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events including catering and logistics.
