Qualifications

• 7+ years in supporting large, complex Cloud and IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements with prioritization for both customer and HPE Networking.
• Deliver high-level achievement in cross-functional organizations.
• Manage complex issues with in-depth evaluation of variable factors while updating the customer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners/customers and HPE teams to identify opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and provide insights to the support team.
• Coordinate resources and provide executive-level communication.
• Forecast resources and prepare account schedules.
• Provide information on next releases and proactive communication of issues.
• Conduct quarterly Operations Reviews and post-mortem analyses.
• Back up other Service Managers when unavailable.
