Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Networking Service Delivery Manager in Sydney to lead advanced service management for a major customer. The role focuses on planning, directing, and delivering network services across cloud and IP networks with a strong emphasis on customer success.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive automation, conduct quarterly reviews, and build trusted advisor relationships while aligning with account strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Total industry experience 7+ years with large, complex Cloud/IP networks.
• Minimum 3 years managing customer service personnel in cross-functional environments.
• Passion for automation, routing and switching technologies.
• Solid technical understanding of IP networking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and risk management.
• Expert relationship building and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements with the ability to prioritize work while aligning with client and HPE networking needs.
• Deliver high-level achievements in cross-functional organizations.
• Manage complex issues with in-depth evaluation and provide regular customer updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, customers and sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Build a trusted advisor relationship with the client.
• Understand customer goals and provide insights to the support team.
• Deliver presentations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate corporate resources to support the account.
• Support post-sales activity including monitoring and auditing case progress.
• Facilitate training and advanced services opportunities.
