The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) is seeking a Network Events Coordinator to organise and deliver network forums, webinars, and member engagement activities across Australia. You will manage event logistics, communications, and post-event activities while coordinating with volunteers, speakers and internal teams.

• Experience coordinating large volumes of events (online, face-to-face and hybrid).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Network Forums, webinars and member engagement events.
• Manage event administration, communications, and post-event activities.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to part-time Network Events Coordinator.
• Build relationships with State Councils, Network Convenors and speakers.
• Set up, practice sessions, live facilitation and technical support for virtual events.
