Job summary

The Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene Incorporated (AIOH) is seeking an organised Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver webinars, BPCs and mining courses, as well as support our flagship Annual Scientific Conference and Exhibition.

You will gain hands-on experience in event registration, digital marketing, sponsorship, and attendee engagement while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to elevate member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience within a membership organisation or professional association preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver webinars, BPCs and professional development courses.
• Support the Annual Scientific Conference and Exhibition.
• Create and distribute event promotional materials and content across campaigns.
• Assist with sponsorship, exhibitions and event technology.
• Provide on-site event support including registration and attendee services.
• Support the Senior Events Manager with conference planning.
