Qualifications

• Experience in managing low-complexity claims.
• Ability to progress claims from notification to resolution.
• Strong communication with customers, clients, brokers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of low-complexity claims from notification through to resolution and closure.
• Assess and progress claims in accordance with documented procedures, delegated authority, client requirements and business standards.
• Gather, review and maintain information required to support claim assessment and decision-making.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers, clients, brokers, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Manage claim payments and other claim transactions within delegated authority.
• Identify and elevate claims, issues and decisions that require additional technical assessment, investigation or authority.
• Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date claim records and documentation.
• Support Claims Consultants and other team members in the effective management of claims portfolios and operational activities.
• Contribute to the achievement of client service standards, contractual obligations and business performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry codes, client requirements and Sedgwick policies and procedures.
• Activelycontributeto team collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
