Taronga Zoo Sydney is seeking a Contact Centre Officer to join the Marketing, comms & Fundraising team. You’ll be the first contact for Zoo Friends members, handling phone and email enquiries with friendly, professional service.

The role sits in the Zoo Friends team, managing memberships, bookings, payments, and stakeholder communications while aiming to meet revenue targets and uphold Taronga’s service standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in a Contact Centre or admin role using various products.
• Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes and input information accurately.
• Financial aptitude for handling payments and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Adaptable in a high-volume environment and able to support change.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, timely responses to enquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure service standards are met and align products to customer needs.
• Input information accurately into Taronga Systems with attention to detail.
