Job summary

Australian Centre for AI in Marketing in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Operations and Partnerships Executive to own programs, events, partnerships and marketing activity from plan to delivery. You’ll collaborate with trainers, partners and suppliers, track results and continually improve processes using AI and automation.

You will wear many hats in a small, ambitious team, reporting to the Director, Programs and Operations. Hybrid Sydney/Melbourne, Australia-based.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, program or event coordination, partnerships or project management.
Track record of owning projects end to end and making sound decisions.
Strong organisation and ability to run many deadlines at once.
Clear, confident communication with senior leaders, clients and partners.
Practical, everyday use of AI tools in your work.

Responsibilities

Run programs, events, partnerships and marketing activity end to end.
Coordinate campaigns, launches and email marketing, track registrations and engagement.
Manage trainers, partners and suppliers to ensure delivery.
Turn partner and sponsor agreements into delivery plans and report on results.
Keep timelines, CRM and reporting on track and fix slow processes.
