In this role you will drive product awareness, consumer engagement and sales growth through retail marketing, social media initiatives, AI-driven insights, and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, social media, retail marketing, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of social media, content marketing and digital engagement strategies.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations and insights.
• Interest in AI technologies and their marketing applications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing programs across Australia.
• Develop and coordinate social media campaigns, creator partnerships and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor trends and performance to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse campaign, sales and social data to generate actionable insights.
• Help manage content calendars, timelines, assets, and promotions.
• Support product launches across retail, eCommerce, and digital channels.
• Create reports, presentations and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct merchandising audits to ensure strong customer experiences.
• Collaborate with agency partners, retailers and internal teams on campaigns.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting and improve campaign performance.
• Track marketing investments and promotional effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to boost customer engagement through data and content.
