You'll bring 4+ years in B2B marketing, hands-on marketing automation, and experience coordinating with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing or similar roles.
• Hands-on marketing automation experience with workflows and reporting.
• Experience working with remote or offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and report on integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, print and web.
• Own the content calendar, including product booklets, our catalogue, case studies and calendar promotions.
• Brief product content for booklets, working with our product team to turn a large, technical range into clear customer benefits.
• Manage the annual catalogue from brief to print, including design direction and printer negotiation.
• Design, build, test and deploy data-driven, personalised email communications using CRM and customer engagement platforms.
• Manage end-to-end communication builds, including audience selection, dynamic content, data flows and campaign execution.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows: email nurture, segmentation, social scheduling and reporting.
• Find and roll out AI tools that cut manual work, such as drafting product copy or proofing.
• Brief, prioritise and quality-check the offshore coordinator's work.
• Sign off all customer-facing material, including EDMs, booklets and flyers.
