Job summary

LegalVision is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support AI and digital marketing initiatives. You will help drive brand, content, and client acquisitions, providing vital content marketing support within a fast-growing, technology-driven law firm.

Ideal candidates are marketing students with 1 year of experience, seeking hands-on exposure at the intersection of marketing, law, and tech. The role is a casual hybrid position (2-3 days/week) based in our Sydney HQ in Surry Hills.

Qualifications

• Studying Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, content or digital role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Editing and publishing legal articles, newsletters and collateral.
• Using AI tools to improve efficiencies and develop new services.
• Conducting SEO tasks and using WordPress and Google Analytics.
• Managing relationships with in-house lawyers and external content partners.
• assisting with webinar program and pre/post-production activities.
• Creating content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
