Job summary

International SOS group is seeking a Marketing Executive Assistant to support marketing initiatives and sales collaboration in Sydney. You will assist delivery of campaigns, coordinate speaker briefings, design content for communications, and help manage budgets and campaign documentation.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a hybrid role, with training opportunities and a path for career development in a multinational health and risk management company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/communications or a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• High standard of competency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker briefings, event logistics and end-to-end event delivery.
• Design and prepare content for marketing communications, presentations and creative assets across digital and print channels.
• Support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with marketing operations, budgeting, financial processes and campaign documentation.
• Contribute to reporting, campaign performance analysis and the maintenance of marketing systems and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
