Job summary

International SOS in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Executive/Coordinator to assist in the design and delivery of marketing initiatives, support campaigns, and manage event logistics.

You will create content for communications and presentations, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and help maintain marketing databases. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable; 3+ years of experience is preferred. Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and familiarity with Canva/Adobe are requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing/communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a marketing executive, assistant or coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Understanding of digital platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, CMS, GEO/SEO/SEM basics).

• Assist the design and content delivery of marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance across both Marketing and Sales functions.
• Coordinate speaker briefings, event logistics and end-to-end event delivery
• Design and prepare content for marketing communications, presentations and creative assets across digital and print channels
• Support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns
• Assist with marketing operations, budgeting, financial processes and campaign documentation
• Contribute to reporting, campaign performance analysis and the maintenance of marketing systems and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Full working rights in Australia, Sydney or Melbourne based
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing/communications or a relevant field is highly desirable
• Minimum3 years' experience as a Marketing executive, assistant or coordinator, or in a similar position
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• High standard of competency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
