Job summary

International SOS seeks a Director of Insurance Partnerships, ANZ, to lead the insurance and broker partnership strategy across Australia and New Zealand. In this senior commercial role, you will own end-to-end accountability for partnerships, driving revenue growth and expanding distribution of Workforce Resilience solutions through key channels.

• 8+ years' experience in global insurance partnerships or senior commercial roles with insurer/broker relationships.

• Proven success developing partnership strategies, pipelines, and converting high‑value opportunities.

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Insurance Partnerships, ANZ to lead our insurance and broker partnership strategy across Australia and New Zealand. In this senior commercial role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for insurance partnerships across Australia and New Zealand including driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding the distribution of International SOS Workforce Resilience solutions through key insurance and broker channels.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop and execute the ANZ insurance partnership strategy to drive growth. This includes supporting the successful regional execution of global partnership initiatives
• Build and manage senior relationships with insurers, brokers, and strategic partners
• Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term commercial alliances
• Identifying and launching innovative distribution channels and new partnership opportunities that generate incremental revenue
• Collaborating with Marketing to provide partners with effective tools, training and resources

About You: Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in global insurance partnerships, strategic alliances or senior commercial roles, with direct responsibility for insurer and broker relationships
• Strong knowledge of the ANZ health, travel, benefits insurance, and broker/consulting landscape with a considerable network of existing regional broker and insurer relationships in the Accident & Health/Expat benefits space
• Proven success developing partnership strategies, building pipelines, and converting high-value commercial opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen, including insurance economics, direct and indirect distribution models and channel strategy
• Executive-level communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong strategic planning, commercial analysis, project management and organisational skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification, full Australian work rights, familiar with CRM and willingness to travel domestically as required
