Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Continuous Improvement Logistics Lead to drive cost savings through data-driven improvements in ANZ logistics, warehousing and customer excellence. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery across Supply Chain & Operations in Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities, own CAPEX initiatives, and collaborate with global teams to optimize productivity and deploy best practices across S&OP.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG logistics across Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• End-to-end project management with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pipeline of cost savings opportunities via data analytics and workshops.
• Own and lead cost reduction initiatives (including CAPEX) across logistics, warehousing, and customer excellence.
• Establish project governance within S&OP ANZ by partnering with functional leads.
• Engage with business units to deploy ANZ S&OP strategy and monitor performance.
• Challenge peers and senior management to deliver timely results within budget.
• Ensure transparency in tracking and reporting on ANZ cost initiatives performance.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to identify impactful levers for productivity targets.
• Review opportunities and bring best practices for continuous improvement across S&OP functions.
