Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Seven Hills, NSW is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive improvements across production lines. You will lead CI initiatives, coach frontline teams and collaborate with maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and process standards.

This is a permanent, on-site role within a dynamic global FMCG environment, offering growth opportunities and exposure to cross-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge in lean six sigma and CI methods.
• Experience deploying production systems in FMCG and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses and boost reliability.
• Develop and maintain equipment and process standards with production/maintenance.
• Use production data to track metrics and drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders and run root-cause analysis.
