Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a Logistics Analyst for our Melbourne operation to support import and domestic logistics through data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.

You will analyse performance, develop KPI dashboards and work with 3PL and freight partners to identify cost and service improvements, contributing to end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Exposure to import, domestic or transport logistics.
• Background in FMCG, 3PL, freight forwarding or distribution.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Track record of contributing to improvement projects.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, engineering or a related field well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse logistics performance across import and domestic freight.
