Job summary

Virgin Australia is seeking a passionate Marketing professional to drive lifecycle campaigns and lifecycle communications for our B2B customers. You’ll plan, deliver and optimise email campaigns and automated journeys, using customer data to tailor messaging and improve business outcomes.

Reporting to the B2B Direct Marketing Leader, you’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Finance and Legal to enhance member journeys and deliver measurable results for Virgin Australia Business Flyer

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle, CRM, email or direct marketing.
• Able to take campaigns from brief through to launch and optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign is desirable.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and apply test-and-learn approaches.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage concurrent campaigns.
• B2B, SME, partner or loyalty marketing experience would be an advantage.
• Relevant marketing, communications or business qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimise lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, activation, engagement, and re-engagement.
• Manage targeted email campaigns end to end, from audience selection to deployment.
• Use data to identify opportunities, run tests, and improve relevance and outcomes.
• Coordinate offer mechanics, terms and fulfilment with cross-functional teams.
• Measure performance and share insights with test/control approaches.
• Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, improve workflows.
