Job summary

Latrobe City Council is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor in Morwell on a 30.4 hour per week fixed term basis. The role is hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office.

You will design and deliver learning programmes, support leadership development and create opportunities for staff to grow and succeed across the organisation. Join a team focused on workforce capability, partnerships with education providers and meaningful development pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions and workshops.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of trainee, apprentice and early careers programmes is plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and facilitate learning, leadership development and capability initiatives.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of induction, catalogue and development pathways.
• Coordinate and enhance Performance Development Program and related resources.
• Support trainee, apprentice and early careers programmes.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and develop learning solutions.
• Evaluate outcomes and use feedback to improve programs.
