Job summary

You will log tickets, write KB articles, set up accounts and deploy devices, while collaborating with a modern IT team.

Hybrid work after an initial in-office onboarding; hands-on with Intune, Entra ID and cybersecurity tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service desk or IT support role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage, and resolve IT support tickets and onboarding.
• Create and update knowledge base articles for self-help.
• Set up accounts, licences, mailboxes, and deploy devices with Autopilot/Intune.
• Support incident response and disaster recovery processes.
