Job summary
The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an AI-savvy Business Analyst to join the Financial Markets Business Support Services team in Sydney. You will partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and delivery teams to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions across trading, risk, operations and settlements.

Qualifications
- Experience in banking or capital markets within financial services.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong Agile delivery experience in cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying AI and automation to business problems.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements discovery and analysis within Agile teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs.
- Translate business needs into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, story mapping and stakeholder engagements.
- Work across front office, middle office, settlements, operations, risk and tech teams.
- Champion AI and automation to drive innovation and improve outcomes.
- Ensure solutions align with architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinements, releases.
