Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking two Senior Project Coordinators to join the Transformation Management Office, delivering governance and administration across major IT programs. Hybrid work with a CBD office supports collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

You will coordinate project admin, maintain plans, reports, and repos, and assist in procurement while partnering with Senior Program Managers to realise project benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a project coordinator role within the IT function.
• Extensive experience working in cross functional teams.
• Strong exposure to large scale complex IT projects.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and working across multiple projects at one time.
• Highly autonomous with a keen eye for details, reaching out for support as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers the outcomes necessary, to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.
• Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project within the agreed project timeframes.
• Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.
• Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
• Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.
• Assist/support in the project procurement process.
