Job summary

Hawkesbury City Council is seeking an IT Helpdesk Officer based in Windsor to provide frontline support to Council staff. You will handle calls, emails and in-person queries, resolving hardware and software issues and assisting with business applications.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A hybrid work arrangement and on-site parking are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and maintaining IT support/helpdesk
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and troubleshoot technical issues

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical helpdesk support via phone, email and in person
• Assist with hardware faults and software issues on PCs and LAN
