Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investment operations or middle-office roles.
• Solid knowledge across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and money markets.
• End-to-end trade lifecycle experience in a global or follow-the-sun model.
• Ability to review positions, cash, transactions, data and reconcile complex issues.
• Understanding of settlement practices, market deadlines and market infrastructure.
• Experience supporting fund launches, client onboarding, and mandate changes.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills; familiarity with OMS/PM/Portfolio systems.
• Knowledge of operational risk, controls, escalations and audits.
• Proven stakeholder management with internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to act as SME.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end trade lifecycle activities across multiple asset classes.
• Collaborate with brokers, custodians and regional ops teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide oversight of cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Validate start-of-day cash positions and liquidity balances for trading decisions.
• Monitor cash balances and funding exceptions; coordinate remediation.
• Support fund launches, product implementations and client onboarding.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and knowledge materials.
• Escalate material risks and drive remediation to closure.
• Assist with system implementations and testing; consider risks and controls.
• Interact with JHI offices and third parties across time zones.
