Janus Henderson Investors invites applications for an Investment Performance Analyst based in Sydney. The role focuses on hands-on analysis, data quality, and issue resolution within a global operating model, with collaboration across regional and global teams to deliver accurate information for investment teams and client reporting.

You will validate performance, investigate exceptions, and contribute to data quality improvements while supporting a wide range of internal and client-facing

Qualifications

• Experience in investment performance, attribution, fund accounting or related analytics.
• Understanding of NAV, valuation and market data and their impact on performance.
• Ability to explain analysis to non-specialists and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Validate and review investment performance returns and attribution outputs.
• Investigate performance exceptions and document root causes for timely resolution.
• Perform reasonability checks on portfolio returns and attribution results.
• Support data delivery for client reports, factsheets, and internal reporting.
• Respond to performance queries from Investment, Product, Client Reporting and Operations teams.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to data quality improvements.
• Assist with platform, methodology and reporting testing and changes.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams in Performance, Accounting, Data and Tech.
