Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our Mascot team. You will support our service business by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and progressing opportunities from initial request to order handover.

You will work closely with Sales, Service Operations, Field Service Engineers and Technical Support to deliver timely, accurate proposals and excellent customer experience. Join a collaborative, high-performance team with hybrid work and onsite parking, and

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service or service administration.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with quotations, pricing and commercial documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and business acumen.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn technical products and services.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
