EMC Electric Vehicles, a subsidiary of Varley Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to manage enquiries, develop quotations, and coordinate after-sales servicing for customers across commercial, industrial, tourism and government sectors in NSW.

This role blends sales, customer service, account management and operational coordination, with opportunities to shape the role and contribute to growth in a growing electric vehicle market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales.
• Telephone sales and quotation experience.
• Experience in automotive or technical products.
• CRM usage experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, email and web enquiries with energy and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and tender responses.
• Follow up leads to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain CRM records and active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing between customers and service providers.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
