Aon plc in Australia is seeking an Administration Support - Insurance (Entry Level) to join our client support team. You will provide administration, respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations and documentation, and work with Senior Brokers and Client Executives to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to support insurance requirements.
• Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, and renewals reports.
• Attend client meetings and support tender processes, renewals, and claims.
• Manage relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
• Enhance client experience through outstanding customer service.
