Job summary

Aon is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help lead a client service broker support team in Australia. The role is hybrid with flexibility to work from home and in Aon offices across Sydney and Melbourne. You will support service delivery, renewals, data analysis and client projects.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, maintain high levels of client service, and collaborate with brokers to optimise processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client service or insurance broking environment.
• Ability to coach staff, manage escalations and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client service broker support team and provide operational guidance.
• Onboard, train and mentor junior staff; manage reporting and meetings.
• Coordinate renewals, liaise with insurers and complete administration tasks.
