Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Engineer to drive opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle inbound leads, cold calls, reactivations, and convert inquiries into quotations that win business.

You will manage your own accounts and support field Sales Engineers, while expanding knowledge across industrial, water/wastewater, and food & beverage sectors. The hybrid Sydney office location offers travel for customer visits and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or technical customer service within industrial or process equipment.
• Ability to handle enquiries and prepare quotations for own accounts and for field Sales Engineers.
• Comfort with pricing accuracy, part numbers and CRM data entry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new ANZ opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
• Prepare standard product and MRO quotations and guide inquiries to closure.
• Maintain rolling pipeline and provide regular activity and results reports.
