Sulzer is seeking a Pump Sales Engineer to drive growth within Australia’s Energy & Infrastructure sector. Based in Perth or Brisbane, you will lead customer engagement, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-value pumping solutions.
You will negotiate contracts, analyse market trends, and support digital and sustainability initiatives while traveling regularly to customer sites across Australia and Oceania.
Qualifications
- Requires degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent).
- Experience with complex tenders and contract negotiation.
- Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.

- Drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.
- Execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and high-growth sectors.
- Maintain performance reporting, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
