Job summary

The ICT Business Analyst at CFA plays a crucial role in providing analytical support and driving the design, testing and implementation of ICT solutions across CFA's business units. You will be a key link between business and ICT Services, ensuring systems support CFA's mission and processes adapt as technologies evolve.

Ideal candidates will have senior BA experience in complex ICT projects, with knowledge of HRIS, asset management, finance CRM and BI tools, and strong stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Broad ICT systems development background and BA experience in complex ICT projects.
• Experience with BA methodologies and delivering business cases.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HRIS, asset management, finance CRM, CMS, BI tools and online service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and contribute to acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing and implementation of ICT solutions.
• Serve as a link between CFA business units and ICT Services to ensure systems and processes meet business goals.
• Support multiple projects within a matrix structure to deliver outcomes.
