Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to deliver analytical support across CFA's ICT projects. The role links CFA business units with ICT Services to ensure robust systems and processes that support emergency services operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex ICT implementations, strong BA methodology experience, and experience with HRIS, asset management, finance CRM, CMS and BI tools. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or Information Technology.
Broad background in ICT systems development, implementation and support with minimum 5 years' experience as a business analyst on complex ICT projects.
Experience with HRIS, asset management, finance CRM, CMS, BI tools and online/mobile service delivery models.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support and contribute to the acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing and implementation of ICT solutions.
Serve as a link between CFA business units and ICT Services to ensure systems and processes support CFA goals.
