4Twenty Consulting seeks an Account Executive in Sydney to own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will build trust with customers, manage objections, and drive revenue in a dynamic, energy‑savvy environment.

The role offers a base of $84k plus super and uncapped commissions, with monthly bonuses and clear career progression, plus hybrid working—2 days from home. Sponsorship for visa candidates is available.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B full sales cycle experience. Must have outbound self-prospecting experience.
• High-volume outbound phone-based sales experience.
• Cold calling experience / SME / telemarketing experience is a bonus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus if you have experience in the energy/similar industry.
• Lots of energy and a hunter mindset.
• SaaS/tech/event sales/insurance sales experience is a bonus.
