Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a People Systems Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Acacia Ridge. You will drive the Workday HRIS roadmap, work with stakeholders across People & Culture and our head office to understand requirements, analyse processes and deliver practical system improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

Experience with Workday or other HRIS/enterprise systems.
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Sound understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the HRIS (Workday) roadmap, including enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.
Analyse current and future-state processes to identify efficiency, standardisation, automation and UX improvements.
Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows and business cases.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect management.
Investigate and resolve system, workflow, integration and data issues using root cause analysis.
Maintain data governance and data quality through audits and validation.
