Job summary

Bethanie is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Transformation team in West Perth. You will partner with leaders to strengthen capability, navigate complex people matters and support positive workforce outcomes.

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will provide trusted strategic and operational advice across ER, IR, organisational change and workforce matters, lead investigations, identify trends, and support priority projects with consistent HR

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Significant HR generalist or business partnering experience.
• Strong industrial and employee relations capability, including interpretation of legislation, Enterprise Agreements and HR policies.
• Experience managing complex employee matters and workplace investigations.
• Ability to identify trends, assess risk and develop practical solutions.
• Clear and influential communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted strategic and operational advice across employee relations, industrial relations, organisational change and workforce matters.
• Lead workplace investigations and complex case management with clear recommendations to manage risk.
• Identify workforce trends and opportunities to strengthen leadership capability.
• Contribute to priority People and Transformation projects and ensure consistent application of people practices.
